1. Engagement
St. Alexander International Centre ("the Company") provides IT and business consulting services. By purchasing a package or engaging our services, you ("the Client") agree to these terms.
2. Services
The scope of services is defined by the specific package purchased. The Company reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines based on client response times and data availability.
3. Intellectual Property
All reports, roadmaps, and strategy documents delivered to the Client are for the Client's internal use only. The Company retains ownership of all underlying methodologies and frameworks.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Company provides advisory services based on available market data. We do not guarantee specific financial results or market outcomes. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tbilisi, Georgia.
