Payment & Billing Terms

1. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. While our primary operations are in Tbilisi, Georgia, we use USD as our international billing standard. Prices do not include VAT or other local taxes unless explicitly stated.

2. Secure Payment

All payments are processed securely via our payment processor. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Your transaction is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

3. Billing Cycle

For standard packages, payment is due in full at the time of purchase. For Enterprise Custom engagements, billing may be milestone-based or on a monthly retainer as defined in the service agreement.

4. Delivery of Service

Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated confirmation. Our consulting team will contact you within 24 business hours to initiate the engagement process.
