Refund Policy

1. Digital Consulting Services

Due to the nature of digital consulting and strategy services, no refunds are provided once the initial strategy session has taken place or the final report has been delivered.

2. Cancellation Pre-Delivery

• More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of the package price.
• 48–24 hours notice: 50% refund to cover preparation time and scheduling blocks.
• Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: No refund provided.

3. Custom Projects

For Enterprise Custom engagements, refund terms are milestone-based and explicitly defined in the project agreement. No refunds are available for milestones already completed and approved.
